Svalbard - Experience the Polar Night

January

Experience the Wonders of the Arctic with Us: The everlasting darkness, the radiant light of the stars and the moon over deep snowy solitude, and – with a bit of luck – the magical Northern Lights!

From November to January, the Polar Night reigns on Svalbard. Only the moon and the stars illuminate the deeply snowy landscape, creating a breathtaking, mystical atmosphere. During this season, we have the unique opportunity to see the shimmering Northern Lights even during the "day," enchanting the sky with their dancing display of colors.

The snowy wilderness is traversed by reindeer and Arctic foxes, while we travel by snowmobiles, skis, or snowshoes. These means of transport allow us to explore the serene beauty of the Arctic and find peace and relaxation in the midst of untouched nature.

Despite its remote location, Longyearbyen is a vibrant settlement with the charm of an international small town. The airport ensures convenient access, and this tourist-oriented place offers you every comfort you could wish for. Here, Arctic wilderness meets warm hospitality and modern amenities.

Join us on this unforgettable journey into the Polar Night on Svalbard and let yourself be enchanted by the unique magic of the Arctic!
