Middle of March til beginning of may
Immerse yourself in the winter paradise of Spitsbergen for three days and experience an exclusive expedition to our comfortable camp on the remote east coast! This tour takes us off the beaten track and into the fascinating, unspoilt Arctic, far from the well-known tourist routes.
We cross endless valleys on snowmobiles, overcome mighty glaciers and wind our way through imposing mountain passes until we reach our secluded camp on the east coast. Spacious sleeping tents with camp beds that allow you to stand upright and provide a cosy atmosphere await you here. The centrepiece of the camp is a heated communal tent, which is lovingly furnished and invites you to relax after an eventful day. An experienced camp guard will ensure that you want for nothing and that you feel completely at ease.
The secluded location of our camp gives you the unique opportunity to explore regions that are only accessible to a few. Enjoy the tranquil, untouched beauty of the Arctic wilderness, far away from civilisation. Look out for the local wildlife such as reindeer and Arctic foxes that leave their tracks in the peaceful, vast snowy landscape.
This exclusive tour combines the best of both worlds: the adventure of the Arctic and the comfort of a cosy camp. Discover one of the wildest and most impressive regions of our planet in an unforgettable experience!

In the morning, we are kitted out with Arctic-appropriate thermal suits, boots, gloves and all the other equipment we need, strap our gear onto the snowmobiles and set off after an introduction to handling the snowmobiles. Travelling through wide valleys, mountain passes and glaciers, we reach the east coast in the afternoon, where the wilderness camp is waiting for us. The group tent, already warmed up and cosily furnished, awaits us and all around us is nothing but wilderness of snow and ice. Our camp guard welcomes us warmly and shows us how everything works in the camp. We move into our tents with camp beds and enough space to stand comfortably. Together we enjoy the icy world around us, far away from the rest of the world, and gather in the warm group tent for dinner. In the evening, the nightly polar bear watch is organised, in which all guests take part.

For groups we are happy to offer private tours, which can be freely designed in terms of content. Together we can put together a program exactly according to your wishes and ideas. A private tour is somewhat more expensive, but offers many advantages and privileges both in the program design, as well as in the implementation of the trip here on Svalbard.
Discover the Arctic privately with your friends!
In the heart of Svalbard’s rugged wilderness – far from any trace of civilization – lies our unique comfort camp on the remote east coast. Surrounded by endless landscapes, dramatic glaciers, and Arctic silence, the camp is the perfect retreat for those seeking pure nature without giving up a touch of coziness.
Arrival is by snowmobile – a true Arctic adventure! As we cross frozen valleys, mountain passes, and glaciers, we gain breathtaking insights into the untouched beauty of Svalbard. Upon reaching the camp, a warm group tent, a welcoming camp guard, and real expedition atmosphere await us.
Guests share spacious tents in pairs, each with standing height, a window, and comfortable camp beds. A high-quality sleeping bag with liner and hot water bottle ensures a warm and restful night, even when temperatures outside drop far below zero. The large heated community tent offers seating areas and hot meals – a cozy space to relax in the middle of the Arctic.
And for those who want to take their adventure to the next level: Depending on snow and weather conditions, we sometimes build a real igloo as part of the camp. Guests are welcome to spend the night inside – a rare opportunity to sleep in a traditional snow shelter and experience the stillness of the Arctic even more intimately.
A special aspect of camp life is the polar bear watch: every guest takes part in the nightly watch, scanning the surroundings for any curious four-legged visitors. It’s not just about safety – it’s a truly unforgettable experience to stand guard in the stillness of the polar night.
Despite the remote location, you won’t have to give up all modern comforts. A generator, solar panels, and a large power bank provide charging for phones, cameras, and other small devices – perfect for capturing your Arctic memories. Occasionally, the satellite internet is activated, allowing for a brief check-in with the outside world. Most of the time, however, the connection stays off – allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the Arctic experience: offline, yet completely present.
At our camp, you are deep in nature – and still well taken care of: warm meals, hot drinks, sleeping comfort, and a well-thought-out safety concept make this journey a stylish Arctic adventure.
